Reel Cinemas
One of the most popular places to watch a movie in Dubai is at Reel Cinemas, a megaplex located on Level 2 at the Dubai Mall. There are ten screens here, and although this is a new establishment, it has already become much appreciated theatre by Dubai’s cinema audiences. In the first week of its operation, Reel Cinemas opened its doors to an incredible ten thousand film goers.
Ibn Batutta Mall, Grand Megaplex & Lamcy Cinema
Many other malls in Dubai also feature high quality movie theatres. The Ibn Batutta Mall, for instance, features the Grand Megaplex, where tickets cost between 25 and 50 
dirhams. Lamcy Cinema, another popular film venue, is located near Lamcy Plaza and tickets cost between 25 and 30 dirhams here.
Grand Mercato theatres
Other popular theatres and cinemas in the region include the Grand Mercato theatres are located in Mercato Mall and the Cine Star Cinema halls at Deira City Centre, which have shows running through the day, and feature the latest films. There are Cine Star Cinema halls at the Mall of the Emirates which are frequented by city locals.
Other Dubai cinemas
There are several Grand Cinemas halls in Dubai Festival City, where the first show of the day starts at 10 am. Galleria I and Galleria II are popular for the Indian regional films they show.
Other cinemas in Dubai include the Grand Metroplex near the Metropolitan Hotel with tickets priced between 25 and 55 dirhams, the Plaza Cinema in Bur Dubai, the Donya Cinema in Jebel Ali and the Grand Cineplex near Wonderland.
